Linda has spent 24 years in the property industry; she started out by selling homes for large developers and progressed to sales and marketing manager. Having studied design and recently acquired a diploma in the history of western art, Linda's enthusiasm for interior design has developed along side her acquired knowledge of what actually works when selling a property.

Having met Peter McDermott back in the 1990’s they developed a professional relationship and friendship, when Linda decided to set up her own company in 2006, she called Peter in to help on a couple of projects, because this went so well, they decided to work closely together and have not looked back.

Peter has worked in the industry for 25 years, working with various major developers and private clients. Peter has a BSC in environmental studies plus and an HND in graphics. His passion for design, colour and texture, always produces exciting designs, but always with the understanding that they are inviting and inspirational with good living space.

Grant Nicolls the third member of our team, Grant left art college and became a freelance visual merchandiser/stylist in London. He worked for Room Service Furnishings Group for 15 years and ran a department of 8 people, furnishing corporate rental properties for expats on 2 year secondments, including a number of celebrities.

Both Linda and Grant have also project managed their own properties from complete renovation to interior design, so are fully aware of the stress that can be caused, and the unforeseen pitfalls. Which place us in a very experienced position to help others achieve their dream without the stress.
